Children's Porgram
If at least 5 children and/or teenagers participate, we will organize a varied program for them. Right on campus, there is a gym with various play options, a children’s playground, and a common room.
In addition, there are lovely playgrounds in the immediate vicinity, including the Marienberg Playground (approx. 1 km) and the Pirate Playground (approx. 1.6 km). A visit to the children's library, the swimming pool (about 550 m away), or the industrial museum are also possible.
For creative and curious children and teens, we also offer a selection of workshops at the Makerspace. Together, we’ll choose the right ones from the workshop overview.
Another special experience is a Mopstour through Brandenburg an der Havel, where participants can explore the city in a fun and playful way.
Please note that for most offerings knowledge of the German spoken language might be nessecary and that the children's program won't cover the entire duration of the event.
The Annual Member's Assembly
As part of WinterCamp, the Annual Member's Assembly of the Verbund Offener Werkstätten e.V. will take place. You can participate and vote online.
Time: November 21, 2026, 3:00–6:00 p.m.
You’ll find the link to the online meeting room here on this page on the day of the AMA. To help us organize the event more efficiently, please register if you’re a voting member and would like to attend the AGM online.
Registration online-AMA
Please log in 30 minutes before the start (2:30 p.m.). Please note that each regular member (each workshop) has ONE vote. So please agree within your workshops on which person is authorized to vote.
We will use teambits as a legally compliant coordination tool.
Accommodations
We’re going to set up a dormitory in the gym! Just bring a sleeping pad and a sleeping bag. There are restroom facilities there. If you need more privacy, we recommend the SORAT Hotel. We’ve reserved some rooms for you at fair prices. Double room: €87.00, single room: €77.00. Keyword: “WinterCamp”
Costs & Fees
Participation and meals are free for all participants. You can purchase cold drinks. If needed, we can cover (part of) your travel and lodging expenses. In this case, please contact Anjusch.
