WinterCamp 2025
we'll soon see each other
14th until 16th of November
SummerCamp? Somehow there must be a WinterCamp too, so we quickly renamed our annual get-together. This year, we're guests at TINKERTANK in Ludwigsburg for some fun crafting and experimenting, sharing, networking, feasting, celebrating, and exploring together!
And don't forget: The annual general meeting of the Association of Open Workshops (Verbund Offener Werkstätten e.V.) will take place on Saturday morning. And very important this year:
Two new board members will be elected!
So come along and get involved! If you would like to suggest topics for the general meeting, please email the board at vorstand[@]offene-werkstaetten.org by September 29.
When?
We'll start on Friday, November 14, at 5 p.m. The official end of the event is on Sunday, November 16, at 2 p.m.
Where?
TINKERTANK
Pflugfelder Str. 23 (2. Stock)
71636
For whom?
Everyone who loves, uses, runs, plays in, or supports Open Workshops is invited. And since our annual general meeting is taking place on Saturday morning, we extend a particularly warm invitation to our members.

Information about barriers
The premises are largely barrier-free for wheelchair users. There are no steps to access the workshop door, and there is a freight elevator that can be operated by the TinkerTankers. The main areas of the workshop (kitchen, FabLab, wood workshop) are all on one level. The toilet is not wheelchair accessible. However, there is a wheelchair-accessible toilet in the train station directly opposite the place, which is accessible at ground level.
The event will be held in spoken German. Ad hoc language mediators are usually available for English and French. Please contact us if you have any questions or require sign language interpreters.
If you would like to discuss disability-specific needs, please feel free to contact Jo.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a children's program or childcare this time.
